The Digital Millennium Copyright Act provides a framework for discussing copyright infringement claims, which we have put in place for Zafenou. If you are the rightful owner of the copyright or have the authority to act on behalf of a copyright holder and want to report a violation via Zafenou, please send us an email with all of the things listed below, and we will take the required action:
A description of the allegedly infringed copyrighted work;
A description of the allegedly infringing material that you want to be removed or access to that you want disabled, as well as the URL or other location of such material;
your mailing address, phone number, and email address
“I have a good faith opinion that the copyright owner, its agent, or the law (e.g., as a fair use) have not permitted the use of the copyrighted work I am complaining about”;
“The information in this notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, I am the owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of the copyright or of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed”; and “I am the owner, or authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of the copyright or of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed”
A copyright owner’s electronic or physical signature or the signature of a person authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
